The City Government of Iriga, thru the able leadership of Hon. City Mayor Madelaine Y. Alfelor, is offering technical/vocational courses through the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP). This priority project is part of the Bottom-Up Budgeting (BuB) program under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). In connection with this, an orientation seminar was held at the Iriga City Pasalubong Center today. It was presided by the City Bub Focal Person, Engr. Nona Vanessa Santiago.
The program is offered to those interested high school graduates, out of school youths and other indigents who could no longer continue their studies due to financial problems. Courses offered includes Bread and Pastry Production (NC II), Cookery (NC II), Cosmetology (Hail and Nail Care NC III).
