A legislative support office with highly competent and knowledgeable employees providing prompt and responsive assistance to the Sangguniang Panlungsod in the performance of their functions and  concerns in the area of law making to address the needs, problems and aspiration of Irigueños to support to total development of the city as a premiere Agro-Ecotourism Center in the Philippines.
